I’m an artist and illustrator from Florida.  I began my career in strategy, leveraging my applied math degree.  After over a decade in corporate America, I decided to focus on my favorite part… making things beautiful!  Somewhere from spreadsheets to illustrations, Calling It Something was born as a way to explore my creative journey.  I began by designing for myself… art for my walls, then bedding and wallpaper.  Now, I design for my Spoonflower shop, Minted, and other outlets.  I love bright colors, flowing lines, quirky details, and stripes that all get incorporated into my eye-catching illustrated and abstract designs.  With all my creations, I hope to bring joy to those who experience them.
